Instead, the back now juts out a bit for improved heel comfort. Straight out of the box, I was surprised by how exceptionally comfortable they are, even more so than past Jungle Mocs. Comfortable and fit great! I am returning and getting the old design. I had to return them. Within a couple of wearings, the back end of the right shoe collapsed. These babies have taken me from having plantar fasciitis to having painless feet again. It's sad - this used to be my favorite brand. Put it on...fuss with getting the heel back up... fuss with it some more...
