Things are on track to me for what was missing! Customer service gave me a tracking number and will not respond anymore. I use these masks for everything outdoors in the summer to protect my bald head, and once COVID started I decided to buy more because they are so Comfortable I responding to the customer service with my Issue and was helped by online chat from Marie. There was a mistake in my order and I was sent a wrong face shield.

They responded promptly to my email and had me choose from items that's are available. Now the rest of my order should be on its way. I am going with 4 stars for now. Best customer service experience I have had in a while. Overall, good support following the order I guess they stole $54.78 from me. Thanks SA. Tracked shipment shows that order is sitting at shipping facility for a week. Was originally missing one item from my order but Dani resolved the issue and stated replacement was on the way. I understand things happen and they made sure I was taken care of.
