So I get to new job immediately they put me on as care giver day shift then night shift then then I say something because a resident is being abused by then just letting her scream in pain all night and day for days.. that was what I believe became the reason for them to just start giving me less work no set schedule refusing to answer question I had my life was impossible so I move closer to Dallas Oregon so I don’t have to get up at 3am and the hour drive at least then it became a fight to getthroughthe day because they kept me on this open schedule as care giver only was told by several that head nurse was saying it will be a cold day in he’ll I get near med tech.. she then put me on a med cart training but made sure I didn’t do anything close to med tech work that was to much they said I couldn’t be trusted as med tech and put me on as caregiver on nights then day then one day on work one off then swing then they said I was to be open to just be on this merry go round I physically was not able to continue I’ve had 3 heart attacks COPD anxiety that they knew before this Corp hired me so they gave me a choice I could keep on there like I was or do as they said which was please just quit.
