United States - Boeing Tour, Future of Flight, Museum of Flight - We are heading to Seattle this summer and it is a must that we visit all 3 of these museums.
Plan to do it by public transport rather than as part of a tour. Located approximately 30 mi North of Seattle, Boeing Future of Flight offers the only public tour of a commercial jet assembly plant in North America. Which would you recomend and do you think I would have time to visit both in a day? The Future of Flight museum in Everett, about 1/2 hour drive north of Seattle, isn't very impressive, BUT the tour of the adjacent manufacturing plant is. the Future of Flight Aviation Center and Boeing Tour is located approximately 25 miles north of Seattle. (The factory is incredible - biggest building in the world.)
