Bought 2 music books online on 6 June 2020. EllieTerrible customer service! Did not receive what I paid for. No response from seller and n response from Fishpond's customer service. No anwers concerning returns. Good experience for first time buyer . Good experience for first time buyer . Cannot track any order in their site, now no help when requesting a refund! Will be referring to the Commerce CommissionI have lodged a complaint with the Commerce Commission for breach of the Fair Trade Act (and possibly fraud - they promised a refund several times but, by their own admission in a email, never intended to refund).
What makes matters much worse is that although their website says they respond to emails (the only way of contacting them) within 48 hours, they DO NOT! I had to wait a lot longer than I was told I would have to wait. Ordered a book. The communication regarding this order - customer service was lousy. Avoid. Excellent company . I followed the tracking it stated that the item had actually arrived in the UK, about a month after ordering it. I immediately contacted fish pond & stated that ive never ever had to pay a charge previously for this item & why should I as they advertise free shipping. That is definitely not that kind of customer experience we strive for and we would love the opportunity to make this right. No response from seller and n response from Fishpond's customer service. Absolute disgrace of a company, made an order over 3 weeks ago, no proper tracking available on website and despite numerous emails, they have ignored me re my order, I will now open a dispute with PayPal.

Fishpond has probably already on-sold the textbook that I returned. There’s no flex in the frame, and the net holds up to daily thrashings against rocks, trees and the hard trail. Don't trust them, I wish I had read the reviews before. or so I thought, then i received a card stating that there was £18.11 to pay for a customs charge.
