The message I get loud and clear is that Costco promotes sales over ethical and responsible store marketing. I tried the next day with the same result. After doing some investigating I was told by a COSTCO Customer Service Supervisor that the vendor chooses the delivery company, I then reached out to the vendor and was informed that COSTCO chose the delivery company and they no longer work with CEVA because of their horrible customer service. I have only been a member of Costco for a few months and have been enjoying the experience. When I checked again at noon, none of the technicians were in the workshop.There was no supervisor making sure that things are done in a timely manner.I have purchased tires exclusively at Costco for many years with the wait time of 1 to 1 ½ hours.
