The folks that have been there longer are either tied in with pensions they don't want to loose or are passive followers that are ok following dysfunction and hostility /accept whatever to collect a paycheck. BMI is deeply saddened by the passing of legendary singer/songwriter John Prine, yesterday in Nashville, due to complications from COVID-19. Being a manager with a small team and a large workload was challenging at times but always rewarding. I am just looking for a part-time job, so I don't need to evaluate the company. To work for the company is very explicit to get into the knowledge of personality, knowledge of self and ,making smiles. Great place to work for regardless as the people are super awesome and the end users are very easy to work with.THere are some great people but only a few last longer than 6 months.
